New Overlays: Delta Bar, Lap Timing

Fixes / Improvements​

• Using F1 2022 UDP telemetry is now supported
• Fixed completed laps not showing in the tire history column on standings and relatives

• Added 'delta bar' and 'lap timing' overlays
• Added 'pit stall distance range' setting to the pit helper overlay which let you define the detection distance of the pit stall progress bar.
