Stabilizing release after ACC integration

Fixes/Improvements​

• Found a small memory leak that could have bigger impact on endurance races
• Fixed flashing case when overlays/layout were flashing in OBS (for streamers)
• Fixed Input telemetry style when it was set to iRacing font
• Potential fix for a rarely occurring bug with the relative timings (showing 0 for all drivers in the entire session)
• Fixed a performance-related settings that was not taking in-account in trackMap (setting render fps did not take effect in some cases, leading to unexpected performance hit)
• TrackMap optimizations, ~25% lower cpu usage in general
