Added features​

• '!rl dangerous' command has been added to the statbot commands which will list all the marked dangerous and dirty drivers in the session in chat
• Added 'relative humidity' widget and data block
• Added feature in chat overlay to be able to select chat messages to highlgiht in overlay mode (* the overlay needs to be unlocked, locked chat window cannot receive any mouse events )
• Added 'hide messages' feature to chat overlay where you can define a custom delay for messages to dissapear
