Added features​

• Added StatBot for streamers. When you have the StatBot enabled, your viewers can type special commands into your chat to get statistics and information about you or your race.
• Adding fighter driver tag to the driver tagging module
• Driver tagging document is now moved to Documents/RaceLabApps folder in case you want to edit or add anyone manually

• Driver tagging module will now remember the last session drivers and it won't populate an empty list even after closing the in-game session
