Fixed flags preview in the overlay settings page. It was not showing up, only periodically. From now it'll always show in the preview page.
Hosted races are now fully supported. Session timing wasn't correct before, but now it's adopted to all hosted sessions
Refueling is now disabled in team races for the driver who is not driving in the car. This will prevent teammates set refueling amount who is only watching/spectating.
